Why Original Apple Chargers Cost Less at AvaNext — Sourcing, Stock & Prices

AvaNext sells the original Apple 20W USB-C adapter from PKR 3,800 and the Apple 40W Dynamic Power Adapter from PKR 6,499 because we buy Apple chargers and cables in bulk directly from official Apple vendors and hold the stock ourselves. Buying in volume lowers our cost per unit, and we pass most of that through instead of pricing to the local market rate. Prices below are as checked on 30 September 2026; the product page always shows the current price.

Paying by bank transfer takes a further 4% off. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.

Why is AvaNext cheaper than other shops selling original Apple chargers?

Volume. We buy Apple chargers and cables directly from official Apple vendors in bulk, not a few boxes at a time from a wholesaler in the market. On 30 September 2026 we had more than 24,000 Apple 20W adapters and more than 11,000 Apple 40W UK 3-pin adapters in stock. A shop buying ten units at a time pays more per unit, and that cost shows up in its price.

On the same day, listings for Apple 20W adapters sold through the Mercantile channel were priced between PKR 6,499 and PKR 7,900 at other Pakistani stores. Part of that difference is the distributor margin and the distributor warranty route. Part of it is simply smaller buying volume.

If it is cheaper, how do I know it is not a copy?

Cheap and copy are different price bands. Original Apple 20W adapters do not sell for PKR 1,149 or PKR 1,599 with a free cable included, which is where most marketplace "genuine" bundles sit. Our 20W starts at PKR 3,800 because that is close to what an original unit costs to bring in at volume. If you see a price far below ours, treat it as a warning sign rather than a deal.

What warranty do I get?

Chargers, power adapters and cables from AvaNext carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, claimed through us on WhatsApp. If a product develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, we replace it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or units burnt by voltage fluctuation. Full terms are on our Warranty, Returns & Delivery page.

This is AvaNext's own warranty. It is not a Mercantile distributor warranty.

When should you buy somewhere else?

If your company or institution requires a Mercantile distributor invoice for procurement, buy from a Mercantile-channel seller. Our price will not help you if the paperwork is the requirement.

If you only charge overnight and never need a fast top-up, you do not need the 40W. The 20W at PKR 3,800 does the job, and a 40W adds cost without changing your mornings.

If your phone came with a working original Apple adapter and cable, keep using them. Replace a cable when the connector is loose or the insulation is damaged, not before.
