Yes. The 1-year warranty applies to all brands sold by AvaNext including Apple, Samsung, Google, Anker, Baseus, UGREEN, Mcdodo, Joyroom, Orashare, and all others.

What if my charger stops working after 3 months?

If your charger stops working within 1 year due to a manufacturing defect, it is covered under warranty. Contact AvaNext with your order number and we will arrange a replacement.

What if my cable breaks within a few weeks?

If your cable breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year, contact AvaNext for a warranty replacement. Normal wear and tear from bending or pulling is not covered.

Are refurbished or open-box products sold by AvaNext?

No. AvaNext only sells brand new, sealed products. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or used products.

What is covered under the 1-year warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as the charger not working, cable not charging, or power bank not holding charge. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.

What is NOT covered under warranty?

Physical damage (drops, cracks, bent connectors)
Water or liquid damage

How do I claim warranty?

Contact AvaNext via the contact form on avanext.pk or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the defect. Our team will guide you through the process.

How long does a warranty replacement take?

Once approved, AvaNext will dispatch a replacement within 2–3 working days.

Contact AvaNext within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the product received. We will arrange a free replacement and return pickup at no cost to you.

Can I refuse delivery if the product looks damaged?

Yes. With Cash on Delivery, inspect the package at your door before paying. If damaged or incorrect, refuse delivery and contact AvaNext immediately.

Do I pay for return shipping on warranty claims?

For valid warranty claims on defective products, AvaNext covers the return shipping cost. Contact us first to confirm the claim before sending the product back.
